A bit heavier than my prior paddle. Handle is a bit larger in diameter too. I also question will it ever be approved? If not, why not. Otherwise a nice paddle.

I got this paddle on sale. It was a significant investment to step up my pickleball game. I usually borrow a paddle, but this was a game-changer in appearance and playability. I would consider myself an advanced. There are a lot of spins. There has been a time when the opponent could not return the serve because it would backspin right off the paddle and into the net.

I’m new to pickle but play tennis. So asked my tennis pro to guide me in purchasing a paddle. He plays paddle. I read about paddles and showed him my options. He hands downs picked this one. He told me that the materials were superior and the surface would give me control and spin. He said the size was right for me a small female player. He while I’m a beginner, I would progress fast since I already have racquet skills. He added, that I would not out grown this paddle. Mind you, I don’t know paddles, but I do like this paddle. Plain black, but fits my grip and I can definitely feel the ball on the paddle. I feel like my paddle is more quite that others. I like that it come with a cover, it is pricer than I had expected to invest but I’m happy with the purchase.

This paddle handles well. I had purchased the new Franklin Carbon while I waited weeks for this paddle. It was sent out the next day after I made an inquiry. I am actually using it more than the Franklin and it feels like it handles better for me. The edging on the top of one side of the paddle is coming loose, I've played with it probably 4 or 5 times so far. Small defect that I will inquire about with the company. Without this defect I would have given it 5 stars (and just been a little salty about the wait). It hasn't affected the handling, most of my mistakes are still me!!! I am considered a 4.0 player by most, and this paddle handles as well as my Joola Hyperion, and for the price I would say that speaks volumes.
